Asbestos Management Plan:

The Watervliet School District has submitted on Oct. 12, 1988 to the New York State Education Department the School District’s Asbestos Management Plan. In accordance with the EPA Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1987 (40CFR Part 763), the Asbestos Management Plan for both schools is available and kept on file at the business office (Watervliet Elementary School). These records may be reviewed between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. For more information, call John Heid, LEA Designee, at 629-3200, Ext. 5.
